Caroline has over 5 years of experience in financial services, including both issuer and fintech representation. Caroline has over 8 years of experience in third party logistics (3PL) e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing and freight services and 6 years of experience in telecommunications and wireless. Caroline also has experience in air, rail and ground transportation, hospitality, entertainment, retail, utilities, manufacturing and marketing. Caroline’s clients include privately-held businesses and public corporations.

Caroline has handled high dollar deals for Fortune 500 companies and has significant experience negotiating complex procurement and sales contracts.

Caroline M. Grant received her juris doctorate degree from Emory Law School in Atlanta, GA and received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in Lansing, MI.
