Business Transactions
Grant Buckley Law assists small, medium-sized and large companies with business transactional matters and has done so for over 25 years. In addition to preparing, updating, revising and negotiating contracts, we advise businesses on the legal aspects of business formation and changes to accommodate growth or a reduction in size, including the purchase and sale of business equity or assets. We also assist our clients with real estate and land use, including commercial real estate leases, compliance and simple employment matters. We associate with other qualified attorneys on legal matters requiring expertise beyond our own, e.g., intellectual property protection and business litigation.
General Counsel Services
For those businesses requiring legal assistance on a regular basis but not enough to hire their own internal attorney, Grant Buckley Law offers part-time general counsel services. As acting part-time general counsel, we can provide legal advice to a business as matters arise, assist in implementing a legal risk management strategy, personally handle many matters and associate with other qualified attorneys with specialized expertise on an as-needed basis, e.g., business litigation counsel for courtroom work. We are happy to serve as chief legal advisor and provide oversight of a company’s legal affairs.
