Grant Buckley Law helps both property owners and film production companies with site use or location agreements.

Our location agreement services to landowners include:

< Initial on-site consultation/site visit with landowner (in metro Atlanta, GA)
< Review filmmaker’s location agreement (as presented)< Review filmmaker’s insurance policy info (if necessary)
< Further consultation with landowner to discuss issues and concerns
< Customize filmmaker’s location agreement to address landowner’s concerns
< Negotiate with filmmaker on landowner’s behalf

Grant Buckley Law recommends that you reach out to us before signing the filmmaker’s location agreement as it has been presented to you or agreeing to a fee for the filmmaker’s use of your property.  A filmmaker’s “standard” location agreement is written with protection of the filmmaker in mind. 

Grant Buckley Law is also happy to serve as your point-of-contact (P.O.C.) with the filmmaker and others, e.g., local permitting office, before, during and after filming.  These additional services can especially be helpful in longer term filming scenarios when the landowner is not present at the filming site and would like turnkey assistance.
