General Counsel Services

Some businesses find they have a regular, recurring need for legal input and oversight.  For those businesses, Grant Buckley Law offers part-time general counsel services.  We’ve worked with companies for over 20 years and are familiar with many of the issues businesses confront.  If we don’t know the answer, we usually know where to find the answer either through conducting our own research or engaging a knowledgeable subject matter expert, e.g., hiring a litigation attorney to handle a dispute that has reached the courtroom.  Grant Buckley Law offers part-time general counsel services on an hourly basis or by a monthly retainer arrangement depending on a client’s needs.  Part-time general counsel services are subject to availability.
