An attorney-client relationship between you or your business and Grant Buckley Law exists when you have signed a written agreement with Caroline M. Grant, LLC d.b.a. AI USE POLICY.  Grant Buckley Law is committed to streamlining our work processes to achieve greater efficiency and enhancing the provision of our work product to provide you, as our client with the most value for the fees you pay us.  Currently, we use certain analytics AI tools for high level research and to obtain general information useful in reviewing, analyzing, preparing and negotiating contract terms and conditions. We may also use certain generative AI tools to prepare a simple contract template as a starting point in the development of a more complex contract. If you, as our client, have a written policy for use of AI tools internally in your business, externally with others, or both, we are happy to abide by your written policy if it is applicable to our delivery of legal services to you and your policy does not conflict with our own AI Use Policy.  We may update our AI Use Policy from time to time.
